NVC Gathering with No Leaders and Many Leaders
Using Open Space Technology** we will gather to:
share our NVC passion and vision |
support each other as we face our growing edges |
learn from those who have developed innovative strategies in their local communities |
develop ways of learning together, using the skills that we are integrating into our lives |
develop strategies to increase our clarity and effectiveness in the spread of NVC |
celebrate our community, relax, laugh and enjoy ourselves |
** Open Space Technology was created in the mid-1980s by organizational consultant Harrison Owen when he discovered that people attending his conferences loved the coffee breaks better than the formal presentations and plenary sessions. Combining that insight with his experience of life in an African village, Owen created a totally new form of conferencing..... http://www.co-intelligence.org/P-Openspace.html
